Step 3: Choose the state (West Bengal) and click on “Apply for Driving Licence Renewal”.
Step 4: Read the instructions mentioned on the next page and click “Continue”.
Step 5: Next, fill in details like the DL number and date of birth. Enter the captcha code and click on the “Get DL Details” button.
Step 6: You can view the Driving Licence details. Verify if all the details are correct.
Step 7: Select the RTO, DL category, and state and click on “Proceed”.
Step 8: On the next page, you can choose the details you wish to update and click on “Proceed”.
Step 9: Select service type (DL Renewal) and fill in the online form.
Step 10: Upload the soft copies of relevant documents and click “Submit”.
Step 11: Download or print the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.
You can submit the acknowledgement receipt at the RTO on the designated date. Post document verification, you will review the renewed Driving Licence via post.
