Ajmeri Roat is a super delicious dessert that can be prepared in minutes will be perfect to surprise all at home. Prepared from rava, coconut, jaggery, coconut oil is perfect to treat.

    Ingredients to make Ajmeri Roat:

    ½ cup rava, 4 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 3/4 cup powdered jaggery, ground cashewnuts, grated coconut, 1.5 cups water

    Steps to make Ajmeri Roat:

    1. Heat coconut oil in a deep skillet. Roast cashewnuts in the same. Remove and keep aside.

    2. Now in the same oil, roast rava on low flame till it turns aromatic. Keep aside.

    3. Bring water to boil in another pan. Add rava little by little and keep stirring to avoid any lumps.

    4. Cook it covered for few minutes. Add thejaggery and mix well.

    5. Let the jaggery dissolves completely. Keep stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

    6. Add cashewnuts and grated coconut on top.

    Serve Ajmeri Roat and enjoy.
