    Ingredients to make Aloo Butter Cheese Sandwich (1 serving):

    Potatoes -50gms, cheddar cheese -30gms, bread slices-3-4 slices, butter -10gms

    Steps to make Aloo Butter Cheese Sandwich:

    1. Boil the potatoes, peel it mash it and keep it aside.

    2. To the mashed potatoes add cheddar cheese pepper and salt to taste.

    3. Add this mixture to the bread slices spread it evenly.

    4. Apply some butter on the bread slices and grill the bread on both sides
