If you are a potato lover, then you must try this delectable dish that's a part of Pahari cuisine. These Aloo ke Gutke have a taste that you wouldn't want to miss and you can serve along with dal rice too.

    Ingredients to make Aloo ke Gutke:

    2-3 large pahari aaloo, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ cup chopped green coriander, 2-3 tbsp mustard oil, salt as per taste

    Steps to make Aloo ke Gutke:

    1. Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and 2 tbsp water and mix well.

    2. Now add chopped potatoes and mix well to coat the potatoes with spices.

    3. Cover with lid and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes while stirring in between 2-3 times.

    4. Once the potatoes turn soft and golden mix again and remove from flame.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve as side dish with dal and rice or chapati.
