    Ingredients to make Aloo Triangles:

    2 large potatoes, salt, cold water, oil for deep frying

    Steps to make Aloo Triangles:

    1. Was and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into thin slices giving them a triangle shape.

    2. Soak the sliced triangle shaped potato in cold water and salt for 15-20 minutes.

    3. Heat oil in deep skillet, add a pinch of salt in oil.

    4. Deep fry the aloo triangles on medium flame till it they fried properly from both sides.

    Aloo Triangles are ready to serve with homemade mint chutney or cheese dip.
