Shop-bought smoothies are usually loaded with ice cream and excessive sugar, making them an unhealthy choice. Opt for this nutritious Appy Smoothie instead, loaded with minerals, vitamins and fibre!

1 banana, 1 apple, ½ cup carrot juice, cup yoghurt
1. Peel the banana and apple. Chop finely.
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve.
