Bhindi popularly called as "Okra" is a highly nutritious vegetable filled with copper, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, calcium, potassium, iron, as well as phosphorus. Here's a great recipe to get all the nutrients of the vegetable in a very healthy and mouth slurping manner which your kiddo will look forward to!

Ingredients: Bhindi, Oil, Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Tumeric, Red chilli, coriander and garam masala powder, Salt, coriander Leaves.
Steps:
1. In a pan, add 3 tbsp oil and put all the chopped onions, green chilli and ginger to it. Fry until the onion turns golden in texture.
2. To this add the chopped bhindi and stir it well.
3. Add tumeric, red chilli and garam masala powder to it and salt for taste and fry it well until the bhindi is well cooked and has a light fried texture.
Your yummy bhindi sabzi is ready to serve.You can give the sabzi many new avtars by rolling them into hot roties and make wonders which your kiddo would adore!
