Bora chaoler payash is a sweet dish full of proteins and will soon become one of the favorite desserts of your little one.

2 ltr milk, 50 gm red sticky rice, 50 gm sugar, 100 gm jaggery, 2 bay leaves, 2-3 cardamoms, 3 tablespoon ghee
1. Soak the rice in a water for an hour. Wash the rice properly and drain the water and let it dry.
2. Boil the milk. Heat the ghee in a heavy pan and add sugar.
3. When the sugar becomes caramalized, add bay leaves, cardamom, and rice, and stir until the rice becomes coloured.
4. Add milk and stir it properly and shimmer for 10-12 min.
5. When the kheer becomes thick, add jaggery and stir it well.
Serve it to your kid and see him enjoy!
