Carrot Uttapam is a healthy breakfast made from dosa batter and carrots. This dosa is rich in vitamin A, which is good for your child's vision.

    Ingredients to make Carrot Uttapam:

    1 medium sized onion chopped, 1 carrot grated, coriander leaves finely chopped, oil for cooking, dosa batter as needed

    Steps to make Carrot Uttapam:

    1. Heat dosa pan until it's ready in medium flame. Pour 2 ladle full of batter in the dosa pan, spread a bit keeping it little thick.

    2. Sprinkle chopped onions, grated carrots, chopped coriander leaves. Pour a spoon full of oil on top and around edges.

    3. When the first side is cooked, flip the sides and cook the other side until done.

    Serve delicious Carrot Uttapam with coconut chutney.
