Go the healthy way! Prepare a homemade chip, which is much better than packed foods which contain high amounts of salt. Chickpea provides adequate amounts of protein.

Ingredients to make Chickpea Crackers (1 serving):
Chickpeas- 50gms, potatoes -25gms, onion -20gms, tomatoes -20gms, oil, salt and pepper to taste
Steps to make Chickpea Crackers:
1. Roast the chickpeas and grind it to smooth flour.
2. To the flour, add pureed tomatoes, onions, mashed potatoes, then add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Knead this mixture into a dough consistency.
4. Roll the dough and use the cookie cutter of desired shapes.
5. Transfer the chips into baking, try brushing it with a little oil, add herbs and a little salt on top.
6. Preheat microwave oven and then transfer the baking tray into the microwave. Cook until golden brown and crispy.
Serve this crispy cracker with some ketchup or mayo.
