Colorful Sabzi has its main ingredient as mushrooms, green peas, and tomatoes, which have a wide range of nutritional benefits. Mushrooms are super dense with nutrients, including having more copper, potassium, protein and selenium. They're also a good source of phosphorus, zinc, niacin, and pantothenic acid, especially when you cook them down and eat more than one cup at a time. Green peas are rich sources of protein and fibers and tomatoes are the major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene, which has been linked to many health benefits. They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate, and vitamin K. The aroma, colour, and taste of this dish is unbeatable, which makes it very popular among all age groups.

    Ingredients to make Colourful Sabzi:

    Mushrooms-1 cup, green peas-½ cup, tomatoes-1 small, oil-2 tsb, butter-1 tsp, and salt-to taste

    Steps to make Colourful Sabzi:

    1. Wash and chop tomatoes and moshrooms. Peel of green peas.

    2. Heat oil in a colander and add chopped mushroom, tomatoes and green peas. Stir and add salt.

    3. Cook for 10 minutes and add some water to it. Cook for another 15 minutes on low flame.

    Turn off the flame and add butter, mix well, and serve hot with rice.
