These mouth-watering Corn-Cheese Cutlets are a great way to lure into having a whole lot of nutritious ingredients. Serve these vitamin B, calcium, and anti-oxidants corn cheese cutlets immediately or use it to make burger.

3 large boiled potatoes, 1 cup boiled corn kernels, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 chopped onion, handful of chopped coriander leaves, ½ tbsp black pepper, ½ cup grated processed cheese, salt as needed, oil for frying
1. Take a deep bowl, peel and mash the potatoes in it. Add boiled corn kernels.
2. Add cheese and mix well.Now add onion, chilli powder, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and mix well.
3. Make small pattie out of this mixture.
4. Heat oil on a tawa and shallow fry these corn cheese cutlets.
5. You can add rice flour in the mixture to bind it and then deep fry in a skillet.
6. Fry evenly from both sides until golden brown.
Serve these crispy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside Corn Cheese Cutlets with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.
