This Cream Peas Sabzi makes a wonderful side dish for rice and rotis and will be surely relished. Peas are a good source of protein and provides calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C, and iron.

    Ingredients to make Cream Peas Sabzi:

    1 cup green peas, ½ cup cream, 1 tablespoon ghee, salt to taste, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 tomato finely chopped, 1 teaspoon, cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon cashews, handful of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon Kasuri methi

    Steps to make Cream Peas Sabzi:

    1. Cook 1 cup peas in pressure cooker.

    2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle add onions and ginger garlic paste.

    3. Saute the onions for a few minutes till translucent and add tomatoes, salt and all the spices. Mix well, and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked through.

    4. Add cream and stir well. Switch off and cool the mixture.

    5. Using a blender, blend the mixture well.

    6. Heat the blended mixture again and add the peas . Mix till peas blends with the gravy.

    7. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Creamy Peas Sabzi is ready. It doesn’t take much time and is healthy as well.
