    Ingredients to make Dahi Chaat Mash:

    4 large potatoes, 2 tbsp corn flour, 8-10 papadis, 1 cup curd, sweet tamarind chutney, 1 tbsp chaat masala, handful of coriander leaves, 1 chopped onion, oil for frying

    Steps to make Dahi Chaat Mash:

    1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them. Add 1⁄2 of the chopped onion in mashed potatoes, few coriander leaves, salt and black pepper.

    2. Make tikkis out of mashed potato onion mixture. Apply a thin layer of corn flour over tikkis.

    3. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the tikkis. Remove and place on a plate.

    4. Beat the curd, add salt and black pepper.

    5. Ready a plate with tikkis and papdis all over. Pour beaten curd, sweet tamarind chutney. Spread chaat masala as per taste.

    Garnish it with chopped onion and coriander leaves and serve it.
