    Ingredients to make Dahi Chura:

    1 cup flattened rice, 2 cups dahi, 1 tbsp milk, ½ cup jaggery

    Steps to make Dahi Chura:

    1. Wash the flattened rice.

    2. Remove the water and add milk till it gets absorbed.

    3. In a bowl, take the dahi and jaggery. Whisk well and add the poha.
