Ingredients to make Eggy Fruity Muffin (1 serving):
Apple -100gms, eggs -2 eggs, milk -100 ml, butter -50gms, sugar -25gms, maida-60gms
Steps to make Eggy Fruity Muffin:
1. Preheat oven to 190ºc.
2. Mash the apples until smooth.
3. Add the eggs, maida, and maida until combined.
4. Grease the muffin tray with some butter.
5. Add apples to cover the bottom of the muffin trays.
6. Fill with the egg and banana mixture (makes around 10).
7. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through.
