Bread and Rava are a rich source of carbohydrates. Using these two ingredients, you can make a healthy snack, fried toast, which will give the energy requirements for you and for those who wants to try out new things.

3 slices of aata bread, ¼ cup rava, salt as per taste, oil for frying
1. Take rava in a bowl and add water. Add in salt and mix well. The batter should not be too thick or thin.
2. In a kadai, pour oil enough to fry the toast.
3. Take the bread slices and cut off the edges.
4. Dip each slice in the rava batter gently and carefully put the slice in the warm oil.
5. On a medium flame, cook both the sides of the bread till they turn golden brown. Crisp fried toast is ready.
You can cut it into 4 small triangles and serve this snack either in the mid morning or mid evening time. Enjoy.
