Garlic butter mushrooms are healthy and nutritious. They are rich in copper and potassium which are very beneficial for your health and appetite.

    Ingredients to make Garlic Butter Mushrooms:

    24 large mushrooms, ½ cup butter, 2 onions chopped, salt and pepper to taste, 2 garlic cloves minced

    Steps to make Garlic Butter Mushrooms:

    1. Clean mushrooms, removing stem.

    2. Combine butter, onion, garlic in a blender or food processor.

    3. Process. Add salt and pepper.

    4. Blend briefly. Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish.

    5. Fill each mushroom with a dollop of garlic butter mixture (about 1/2 or 1 teaspoon each).

    6. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Serve this delicious and yummy mushroom dish!
