    Ingredients to make Haldikolyanche Patholi:

    1½ cups ukda chawal, 2 cups grated coconut, 125 gms jaggery, salt to taste, 8 cardamoms powdered, 12 turmeric leaves

    Steps to make Haldikolyanche Patholi:

    1. Grind soaked rice along with salt to a thick paste.

    2. Mix well grated coconut, jaggery and cardamom powder.

    3. Spread on turmeric leaves layer of rice paste followed by layer of coconut mixture. Fold leaves vertically.

    4. Steam leaf/patholis for about 20 minutes. When cool, peel off leaves.

    Serve this dish hot and enjoy.
