A healthy and yummy baked dish that is apt for a snack or breakfast. It gives instant energy to your child and make his whole day a happier one.

90 gm butter, ½ cup caster sugar, 2/3 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg yolk, 2/3 cup raspberry jelly
For Topping:
2 cups desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup caster sugar, 2 lightly beaten eggs
1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees and grease the baking trays lightly with butter and line with baking paper.
2. Take a small bowl and beat sugar, butter and egg together until they turn light and fluffy.
3. Now transfer this mixture to a big bowl and add sifted flour and baking powder gently.
4. Spread this dough into the baking pan and apply thin layer of raspberry jelly.
5. For topping, combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
6. Apply it on the top of the dough with a brush.
7. Bake this for 40 minutes and then take it out from the oven.
Cut it into thin slices into your desired shape and cool it down completely.
