Prepare these easy to make jelly filled rolls for breakfast. You can use any flavour of jelly to fill inside.

    Ingredients to make Jelly Filled Rolls:

    2 cups all purpose flour, ½ tsp salt, 2 tbspsugar, ½ tbsp dry active yeast, ½ cup lukewarm water, 1/4 cup unslated butter, ½ cup warm milk, 1 egg, ½ tsp vanilla extract, jelly of your choice Steps to make Jelly Filled Rolls:

    1. Mix yeast with ½ tbsp sugar and warm water in a bowl. Let it activates and dissolve for 10 minutes.

    2. In a deep bowl take all purpose flour, salt, 2 tbsp sugar. Pour active yeast and mix well.

    3. Add warm milk, butter, egg and vanilla extract. Knead a dough using little warm water at a time. The dough will be little sticky and soft to touch. COver and keep aside.

    4. The dough will rise in 30 minutes. Knead it again before using.

    5. Divide the dough into small equal parts and roll the balls using rolling pin.

    6. Spread the jelly on onto prepared dough sheets. Roll them like pin wheel.

    7. Place all the filled rolls onto baking tray and bake them in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until done.

    Serve hot jelly rolls.
