    Ingredients to make Kale Mousse:

    2 mangoes, 1⁄2 cup kale, 1⁄2 cup formula or breast milk

    Steps to make Kale Mousse:

    1. Peel and chop the mango. Chop kale.

    2. Place the mangoes and kale in a steamer. Cover and cook for 8 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

    3. Now blend the mangoes, kale, and milk with the help of a blender or food processor and puree for 1 minute or until you get the desired consistency.

    Kale Mousse is ready for you.
