    Ingredients to make Karamani Sweet:

    1 cup karamani(lobia seeds), 1/4 jaggery, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 2 tsp ghee

    Steps to make Karamani Sweet:

    1. Dry fry the lobia seeds. Clean it in water and cook it by adding the water to the pan.

    2. Heat the pan, add jaggery and little water. Stir till jaggery dissolves completely.

    3. When the jaggery gets dissolved, add cooked lobia seeds and mix it well and make sure that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

    4. Add grated coconut and ghee and mix well.

    Serve Karamani Sweet.
