Make these interesting and tasty banana dampers to feed the kids during the lunchtime. The recipe is easy and involves simple ingredients. Offer your kids with something new to bring a smile on their face. You would require flour, brown sugar, milk, bananas - contains high amount of B vitamins which helps to reduce anxiety, butter and walnuts to make these soft dampers.

The Steps Are:
1. Take a bowl and add ¼ cup of brown sugar and 3 cups of flour. Add butter around 70 g to this mixture and rub it well.
2. Take another bowl and add ½ cup of milk along with mashed banana pieces. Stir it well and combine the two mixtures.
3. Stir this batter for at least 2-3 minutes. Take a tray and spread baking paper on it. Pour the batter onto this tray. You can garnish the dampers with walnut and place it into the oven.
