Why do you want to treat your child with store bought jelly, when you can make them in just 10 minutes when you have all the ingredients handy? This Mix Fruit Jelly is loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients to make Mix Fruit Jelly:

2 tbsp. kiwi small cubes, 2 tbsp. banana small cubes, 2 tbsp. orange small peels, 2 tbsp. strawberry small cubes, 3 tsp. unflavored sea jelly powder (gulaman), 2½ cups water, ½ cup sugar

Steps to make Mix Fruit Jelly:

1. Blend 1 tbsp. of each fruit in a blender and pour the juice in a large saucepan. Add water and heat the mixture and bring it to boil over high heat and reduce the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

2. Strain juice through a cheese cloth lined in a colander. Toss pits, pulp, and peels.

3. Measure 2 cups juice into a medium saucepan and sugar, and stir until the sugar dissolves.

4. Simmer the flame and add unflavoured sea jelly powder and stir continuously and bring it to full rolling boil and switch off the flame.

5. Arrange 4 glasses and spread the remaining 1 tbsp. of each mixed fruits in each glass and pour the mixture until the fruits are covered.

Let them cool down and leave the glasses in the fridge to set. Serve the set jelly to your child; he will enjoy them at any time of the day.
