This is an option for a side-dish in liquid form that is serve chilled and carries both tangy and sweet flavor of pineapple, grapes and orange.Mixed with red chilli and mustard seeds paste, it gives a spicy blend as well that makes it both tangy and spicy in taste.

Ingredients to make Mixed Fruit Sasav:
1 cup pineapple cubed, ½ cup mango cubed, ½ cup grapes, ½ cup orange segments, 1/3 cup jaggery, 1/4 cup grated coconut, ½ cup whole dry red Kashmiri chiles, 1/4 cup mustard seeds, salt to taste
Steps to make Mixed Fruit Sasav:
1. Combine jaggery, salt, pineapple, and 1 cup of water in a pan and cook till pineapple becomes soft.
2. Drain the pineapple pieces and liquid and keep aside.
3. Blend grated coconut, dry red chilies and mustard seeds to make a coarse paste.
4. Now, mix together the pineapple, liquid, mango, grapes, orange and coarse paste together and mix well.
Refrigerate this mixture and consume it with your regular food.
