Maida 1 cup, salt ½ tsp, oil 2 tsp, water 1/3 cup or as required, oil for deep frying
1. Add salt and oil to the flour. Add a little water at a time to form a dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
2. Roll out the dough to ½” thickness and cut into small diamond shapes.
3. Deep fry until golden in color. Serve.
