    Ingredients to make Navratna Korma:

    ½ cup heavy cream, 1 cup paneer cubes, 3 cups chopped veggies (peas, capsicum, potatoes, beans, carrots), ½ cup raisins, 1½ tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 cup tomato puree, 1 tsp garlic paste, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, ½ cup milk, 1½ cup water, 2½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp onion paste, salt to taste

    Steps to make Navratna Korma:

    1. Heat oil. Add onions and cook until soft. Add garlic and ginger paste and saute for a minute.

    2. Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala and mix.

    3. Add water, raisins, and veggies, stir well and bring to a boil. Cook for 20-25 minutes on low flame.

    4. Add paneer cubes, milk and cream. Mix well, bring to a boil and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and serve hot.
