Nutri Bars are the go-to energy bars it's the convenient on-the-go snack. These recipes are healthy, quick and mostly no-bake snacks containing vitamins and minerals.

7 tbsp. unsalted butter, 1 tsp. salt, 7 cups puffed rice (kurmura), 7 cups Kelloggs fruit loops, 4½ cup sugar, 2 tbsps honey
1. Grease a rectangular tray (10 inch by 10) with butter and keep it aside.
2. Melt butter in a big vessel over a low medium flame. Add sugar and salt and stir them till it dissolves and turns light brown.
3. Remove from the heat and add all the other ingredients and mix well.
4. Spread the mixture on the tray. Coat a flat ladle with butter and press the mixture evenly on the tray. Let it cool for half an hour. Then cut them into 1 inch width and 2 inch length. Store them in an airtight container.
