Nutritious Homemade Noodles

Rice noodles have a mild taste and can be made in different ways. Beyond culinary benefits, one reason to choose rice noodles is that they're gluten-free. They also deliver nutrients in the form of fiber, zinc, and iron. Nutritious Homemade Noodles recipe is nutritious blend of rice noodles, French beans, capsicum, sprouts, and tofu cubes, with tomato ketchup. It isy ver easy to prepare!

    Ingredients to make Nutritious Homemade Noodles:

    Noodles-2 cups, water-5 cups, salt-taste, French beans-1/4 cup, capsicum-1 small, sprouts-1/4 cup, tofu cubes-½ cup, black pepper-1/4 tsp, tomato ketchup-1 tsp, vinegar-1/4 tsp, and green chilies-1-2 small

    Steps to make Nutritious Homemade Noodles:

    1. Wash and chop capsicum, french beans and green chillies.

    2. Boil water in asauce pan and add noodles . Boil for 10 minutes or till it becomes tender

    3. Heat oil in a colander and fry tofu cubes till it becomes crispy and keep aside

    4. To the same oil add chopped chillies, capsicum, sprouts, french beans, black pepper and a pinch of salt. Stir and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.

    5. Add noodles and mix well. Stir and cook for next 5 minutes.

    6. Add little vinegar, tomato sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and then add tofu cubes.

    7. Turn off the flame and serve hot.
