Oriental Baked Fish is highly rich in proteins, which is very beneficial for you. It's super tasty, and will soon be topping the list of your favorite foods.

750 gm fish, 2 potatoes boiled, 1 chopped broccoli, 1/4 tbsp red pepper, 25gm butter, 1/4 cup of onions crushed, 2 carrots crushed, ½ cauliflower crushed, 1 capsicum chopped, 1 tomato crushed
1. Wash and make several cuts over the fillets.
2. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees and bake the fish for 40 minutes.
3. After 20 minutes, add all the vegetables.
4. Sprinkle pepper powder, salt to taste.
Continue to bake till the top turns crispy and then serve.
