    Ingredients to make Palm Fruit Pancake:

    1 cup palm fruit pulp, 4 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp suji or semolina, ¼ tsp baking soda, ½ cup jaggery, 1 cup milk, ¼ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tbsp ghee, oil–For deep frying

    Steps to make Palm Fruit Pancake:

    1. Mix all ingredients except oil, to form a thick batter.

    2. Add 1 tsp oil and mix well. Rest the batter for 10-15 minutes.

    3. Heat oil. Beat the batter well and drop spoonfuls into the hot oil.

    4. Fry on medium heat till the inside is cooked and the outside is brown and crispy. Serve hot or cooled.
