Paneer or cottage cheese is a rich source of sodium, protein, calcium, selenium and zinc. Use paneer to make a yummy dish for your meal time using this recipe. Here’s how you can make paneer stir fry at home.

Ingredients: 1 ¼ cup paneer cubes, 1 ½ tsp. oil, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp grated ginger, ¾ cup carrots, ¾ cup cooked corn, ½ cup chopped spring onions, ½ tsp. garam masala, ¼ tsp. kasuri methi, a pinch of amchur, turmeric powder, a pinch of pepper powder.
Steps:
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cumin seeds.
2. Add the grated ginger and cook for a few minutes.
3. Next add the chopped carrots, corn and spring onions and cook till the veggies are done.
4. Add the paneer cubes, kasuri methi and spice powders and mix well. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
