Poha Laddoo is a healthy and filling snack. It is easy to prepare and needs less ingredients. Poha is a good source of iron. If you sweet, then this is the ideal snack.

Contents
1 cup Aval/Poha, ¾ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 tablespoon cashew nuts, 1 tablespoon raisins, hot melted ghee
1. Soak one cup of poha in hot water for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. In a pan, add the hot melted ghee. Fry cashew nuts . Once they turn brown , fry the raisins till they turn little fat. Make sure not to burn the raisins, as taste will become bitter. Keep aside.
3. Add the soaked poha to the pan.
4. Cook for some time till water evaporates.
5. Add sugar.
6. Mix well and add cardamom powder.
7. Add the cashews and raisins.
8. When hot, make small balls of the mixture.
Cool for a bit and store in containers.
