Poha Roll is a lip-smacking, easy-to-make evening snack recipe made with poha, and instant jamun mix. It is healthy and delicious and you will totally love it!

    Ingredients to make Poha Rolls:

    1 packet mother's recipe instant poha mix, 2 cups instant jamun mix, 1 tsp red chili powder, a pinch of hing, salt to taste, oil for frying

    Steps to make Poha Rolls:

    1. Prepare poha as per the instructions given on packet.

    2. Now take jamun mix in a bowl and little salt and water and knead a soft dough. Make small balls out of dough.

    3. Mash the prepared poha and knead it. Make balls out of it.

    4. Now take jamun mix balls, make a cup in balls with your hand and stuff them with poha mixture balls. Close the edges of the balls and give them oblong shape, which is an elongated version of a rectangular or circular shape by stretching it.

    5. Heat oil in a skillet and fry rolls till golden brown both all sides.

    Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
