Try out this recipe for your kiddo, which is full of nutrients. Potato is a very good source of vitamin B6 and a good source of potassium, copper, vitamin C, manganese, phosphorus, niacin, dietary fiber. Ridge Gourd also contains vitamin C, zinc, iron, manganese, and magnesium, calcium, and phosphorus.

200 gms potato, 500 gms janhi, 2 pcs green chilli, 4 pcs garlic, 2 tbsp posto, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp salt
1. Soak green chiles, garlic, and posto with water. Grind it to a smooth paste.
2. Wash, peel, and cut potatoes and janhi into small pieces. Keep aside.
3. Take a small cooking vessel and layer it with banana leaf. Put the vegetables in the pot.
4. Add the above prepared paste, salt, haldi and mustard oil to the vegetables. Mix it well.
5. Cover the pot with a lid and cook it for 30 mins on low fla)me. Once the vegetables are cooked and the oil separates, switch off the flame.
Serve hot with phulkas or rice.
