Ridge Gourd is a very healthy veggie because it contains very few calories. It also contains Vitamin C for keeping away colds, b Vitamins, zinc for boosting your immune system, plus calcium and phosphorus for strong bones. Ridge gourd roast is a very easy to cook side dish that usually requires less time for preparation. It can be served as a side dish or an evening snack. Try today!

Ridge gourd-1 medium, oil-1/4 cup and rawa-1 cup, rice flour-½ cup
1. Wash and slice the ridge gourd in halves.
2. Take a bowl and add rava and rice flour with a small amount of water. Mix well.
3. Now coat the ridge gourd with rawa mix on both sides.
4. Shallow fry or pan fry in hot oil. Fry on low flame making sure to cook well.
5. Now flip over and cook ridge gourd on both the sides. Do not overcook.
Serve Ridge Gourd Roast as a side dish or a yummy snack!
