This is a popular sweet dish of Kumaoni region that is prepared from khoya and coconut. It is wrapped up in molu leaves and then served to savor its yummy taste. It is loaded with fiber, healthy fats and carbs.

½ kg khoya, ½ kg white sugar, 150 gm fresh grated coconut, 20 molu leaves
1. Take a flat base and then knead khoya well on it so that it becomes soft.
2. Mix the khoya with sugar in a pan and place it on low flame for 10 minutes.
3. Keep mixing till khoya melts completely.
4. Add fresh grated coconut and cook for another 10 minutes.
5. Take it off from the heat and let the mixture cool down.
6. Divide the mixture into 20 small balls.
7. Transfer these balls into each molu leaf and give it a shape of a cone.
Singori is ready to be served.
