This saag is made from nettle grass seeds that can give itch or bruises when the leaves are touched. But it has great nutritional value that gives energy to the body. It is rich in vitamin, iron, and fiber that is very good for the body.

1 kg sisunaak leaves, 25 gm cumin seeds, salt to taste, 2 tsp oil, 50 gm butter
1. Wash sisunaak leaves in running water to take out all the impurities from it and then boil them in pressure cooker with little water.
2. You need to just turn these leaves soft and pulpy.
3. Now, heat up some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds into it.
4. After the seeds start spluttering, add boiled leaves to the oil and sprinkle salt over it.
5. Let the leaves cook for few minutes on low flame until they turn soft and forms a paste.
Garnish with butter and serve hot with rice or roti.
