Broccoli is extremely healthy. It is one of those super foods and there’s no doubt that a majority of them hate it! But you can make to love it with this recipe. Use it a side dish or as a snack because this one is super easy to make.

Steps:
1. Cut broccoli florets. Trim and shave them stem/ribbons and soak them in water.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add broccoli florets to it and stir occasionally till charred. This should take 5-6 minutes. Add capers to the pan, cook for thirty seconds and then add broccoli. Toss in with lemon juice and a little bit of olive oil on the top.
3. Add chopped parsley or coriander. Add grated parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve in a bowl with boiled and drained corns to add a crunchy taste. Try it now!
