Sweet and juicy strawberries not only look good and delicious, but they are also loaded with vitamins, fiber, and particularly high levels of antioxidants known as polyphenols. They are a sodium-free, fat-free, cholesterol-free, low-calorie food. They are among the top 20 fruits in antioxidant capacity and are a good source of manganese and potassium. Strawberry Crush Drink is an ever refreshing cold drink for your family, during the summer with loads of nutrients.

Strawberries-1 per drink, lemon juice-1 tsb, sugar-1 tsb, ice cubes-few, mint leaves-few, water-1 glass and strawberry crush-½ tsp
1. Heat water in asauce pan and add sugar to it. Once the sugar syrup is made keep it aside to cool.
2. Add strawberry crush to it and mix well.
3. Add lemon juice 1 tablespoon and ice cubes.
Garnish with minced mint leaves and thinly sliced strawberry on the top. Serve chilled.
