Tisi Khoa Pitha is an exclusive recipe with an extraordinary taste and is very easy to make. You will love the sweet and soft taste of these rice dumplings.

5 tbsps of roasted tisi, 1 cup khoa, 1 cup rice flour, jaggery as required, 2 cups of water, oil
1. Blend the roasted tisi and make a fine powder of them.
2. Add this powder to khoa and mix well. Add jaggery as per taste and mix well.
3. Boil 2 cups of water in a deep pan and then add rice flour slowly. Stir continuously to avoid formation of lumps.
4. Switch off the flame when a mass forms. Knead a dough from this mass.
5. Grease your hands with oil and take a small portion of dough and flatten with hand. Put some tisi khoa mixture. Close it from all sides to make a shape.
6. Boil water in a pan and add pithas and let them boil.
Take them out from water and let them cool a little bit. Serve.
