Baked tomatoes are so simple and easy to make yet delicious. Cheese is important for your health and a powerful ally for growth, because it is rich in calcium that helps to build healthy bones and teeth. Tomatoes are good source of Vitamin A, antioxidants, and strengthens the immune system.

Contents
4 tomatoes sliced, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped and olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Place tomato slices on a parchment lined baking sheet.
3. Top each tomato with mozzarella cheese.
4. Sprinkle the chopped basil on top of each tomato.
5. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Turn off the oven and boil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese.
Serve the delicious tomatoes and enjoy the meal!
