Veg masala paratha

    Ingredients to make Veg masala paratha:

    Spinach-1 cup, wheat flour-1 cup, beans-1 cup, bottle gourd-1 cup, tej patta-few, oil-1/4 cup, cloves-few, and salt-to taste

    Steps to make Veg masala paratha:

    1. Take wheat flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Mix well and knead into asoft dough using enough water. Keep aside.

    2. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan and add cloves and tej patta. Stir for 1 minute.

    3. Add the chopped beans, b ottle gourd , spinach and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

    4. Add salt and cook for another 10 minutes. Keep aside.

    5. Roll a portion of the dough using a little plain flour for rolling.

    6. Place a portion of stuffing in the centre of the circle, b ring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly

    7. Give it the shape of paratha using rolling pin.

    Heat the tawa and add paratha. Cook both the sides using oil. Serve hot with curd.
