The Veggie Cheese Balls include peas that are the least expensive source of protein, especially when compared to fresh meat. Aside from protein, complex carbs and fiber, peas contain a powerhouse of nutrients including antioxidants, and vitamins and minerals. It is a healthy blend of peas with potatoes, a good source of carbohydrate, cauliflower that is rich in fibers and cheese rich in fat. In addition to these, the methi leaves add to the many health benefits of Veggie Cheese Balls. It is easy to prepare dish and so tasty and cheesy that it can become your kid's all time favourite snack.

    Ingredients to make Veggie Cheese Balls:

    Potates-2 large, cheese-½ cup, green peas-1/4 cup, methi leaves-1/4 cup, cauliflower-1/4 cup and salt-to taste

    Steps to make Veggie Cheese Balls:

    1. Cook the vegetables in steamed or boiling water. Put the vegetables in a clean cloth and squeeze to get rid of the excess water.

    2. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor.

    3. Blend until the ingredients are well mixed.

    4. Shape teaspoonsful of the mixture into balls and place on a lightly greased baking tray.

    5. Bake in the oven at 180°c for 20 minutes.

    Serve hot with sauce.
