Here is a perfect recipe for authentic hot chocolate, to be enjoyed any time during the day with good music, books or company for you. Dark chocolate used in this warm chocolate is good for the heart and brain, it helps to control blood sugar and is full of antioxidants. It is rich in potassium, copper, magnesium and iron. Potassium helps trigger your heart to squeeze blood through body. It also helps muscles to move, nerves to work, and kidneys to filter blood.

    Ingredients to make Warm Chocolate:

    1/4 cup grated dark chocolate, 1 cup cow milk or coconut milk, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 4 tbsp whipped cream for the topping

    Steps to prepare Warm Chocolate:

    1. Combine all the ingredients along with ½ cup of water in a broad non-stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes till the chocolate melts and no lumps remain, while stirring continuously.

    2. Strain the mixture using a strainer.

    3. Serve immediately, topped with whipped cream. The prep time is 2 minutes and the cooking time is 5 minutes. it serves 2 people.
