Baked chicken is the best option for kids of this age, as they are rich in proteins and carbohydrates. These fingers are so crispy that you and your kiddo won't resist it.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour,1 egg, 1 cup crispy bread crumbs, 1/2 cup grated cheese, Chicken breast tenders as required, Favourite dipping sauce, if desired

    Steps:

    1) Heat the oven to 425°F. Line the cookie sheet with foil and spray it with cooking spray.

    2) In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another shallow dish, beat the egg and add a spoon of water to it. In the third shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Coat the chicken with flour and dip it into egg mixture. Now, coat it with bread crumbs mixture. Place the chicken on the cookie sheet.

    3) Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes, turning it once, until the chicken is no longer pink in the centre instead the coating is golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.

Your chicken fingers is now ready to serve! These are healthy versions of chicken fries as they are baked in the oven and not deep fried in oil.
