If you are bored of making the same purees daily, then you should try this fusion recipe for your kiddo. Smooth zucchini, crisp sweet apple and tangy kiwi all rolled into one yummy puree for baby. Zucchini can be introduced to your baby with other solid fruit and vegetables. Zucchinis are very low in calories and contains useful amounts of folate, potassium, manganese and vitamin A. Kiwis are rich in vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, fiber, folate, and antioxidants

3 zucchini, 2 apples, and 3 kiwis
1. Trim and chop the zucchini, leaving peel on. Core and roughly chop the apples, peeling is optional. Peel and chop the kiwi.
2. Take a pan and add 1 cup of water. Boil it over medium heat. Add the zucchini and apples to a steamer basket and cook for 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
3. Blend the zucchini, apples and kiwis with a blender or food processor and puree until you reach your desired consistency. You can add little water if it is required.
Serve the puree to your sweetheart. It is refreshing and tasty.
