It contains dry fruits like cashews and raisins, which provide calories, and raisins contain fiber, which helps to relieve constipation and can also aid in healthy weight gain.

    Ingredients to make Atte ki Pinni (1 serving):

    Wheat flour-60gms, ghee -10ml, raisins-20gms, jaggery-50gms, cashews -20gms

    Steps to make Atte ki Pinni:

    1. In a pan, add water, ghee, and jaggery.

    2. Allow the jaggery to melt and then add roasted wheat flour and stir it.

    3. Add the dry fruits and stir it well until it forms a thick consistency.

    4. Add ghee if necessary and cool it once done.

    5. Make small balls from the mixture and store this in an airtight container.

    Serve these yummy little laddos called Atte ki Pinni and relish it.
