Looking to fill your champ’s tummy with the nutrients of fruits? Today’s recipe features fruits, which are loaded with the super health benefits of thiamine, niacin, vitamin B6, folate and manganese and a very good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin A, C, K, and potassium, phosphorus.

1 peeled and cored apple and pear, 1 peeled banana, 1 peeled and deseeded watermelon
1. Take a handy clean bowl.
2. Take a round teaspoon similar to the shape of a scoop.
3. Insert the teaspoon into the fleshy part of apple and scoop out the pulpy part of the fruit. You will get small round balls with front side flat.
4. Do the same with the other fruits and fill the bowl.
Offer the Fruit Jumbo! to your champ and watch how he will start picking one by one and relish the taste and the juiciness of the fruits.
